It is a small purpose built home that caters for the needs of the elderly. My client requires an experienced Manager who has a sound business acumen and a proven track record in management and leadership. For this role you do not need to be a registered nurse, however, any nursing qualifications are beneficial. Candidates should have 2-3 years experience managing care homes and you must have excellent communication skills. You will be leading a small team of nurses and care workers and you will be delivering care to the highest standard. You will also be helping to further develop an excellent care home, installing larger en-suite rooms and renovating communal rooms, therefore, any experience gained developing or improving care homes would be beneficial.
