We currently have a vacancy for a Nursing Unit Manager in the Tunbridge Wells area. This home provides specialist healthcare to elderly service users who require nursing care.

You will be required to assist the Home Manager in the management of the home in accordance with the policies and procedures, take overall responsibility for the home in the absence of the Home Manager, ensure that high standard of care are delivered to meet the needs of the individual resident, monitor and maintain standards. Lead, manage and develop the work of the staff team, set objectives and supervision of staff, carry out appraisals.

You will have a nursing qualification with experience of managing staff in a care home setting and strong communication skills.

£14.00per hour. You will be required to work full time 40hours per week.
