This is an excellent Operations Manager role for experienced Care Manager or Operations Manager within domiciliary care.

Want to know you can leave the office at 5.30pm every evening? Then this is the role and organisation for you.

Their existing team of Care Managers are very strong which makes your ability to manage their operations easier.

You’ll be responsible for 4 offices providing domiciliary / home care for older people and 6000hours of care per week.

Essential skills and experience:

- Strong domiciliary care management at operations level
- And / or hands on Care Manager experience of 1 or 2 domiciliary care offices providing 2000-4000hours
- Excellent knowledge of how large contracts work and first class experience and ability of developing stakeholder relationships
