Our client is a leading provider of care to adults with mental health needs, cognitive deficits and challenging behaviours and they are looking for an RMN to work in a low-secure hospital with:

An eleven bedded elderly mentally infirm unit (mental illness, dementias, challenging behaviour)
Nine bedded male unit (mental illness with degenerative neurological conditions and/or complex physical health needs)
Ten female beds (Personality Disorder, Offending Behaviour and/or severe and enduring mental illness)
Five female high dependency beds

Duties:
1. Assess patients` health and well being across a complex and changing caseload.
2. Assist in the delivery of care to meet individuals health and wellbeing needs.
3. Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information.
4. Develop own knowledge and skills and that of others.
5. Promotes best practice in health and safety and security.
6. Assist in maintaining and developing services.
7. Contribute to quality improvement.
8. Promote peoples equality, diversity and rights

Candidates must be hard-working and dedicated and have a passion for providing high quality care to vulnerable service users.

We require an RMN or RNLD qualification.

The salary is up to £29,000depending on experience and there are a number of excellent benefits including a relocation package and welcome bonus.
