Rate: £ 12.45 - per hour

RMN / RNLD - Wisbech

Our client provides caring support and specialist treatment for people with a learning disability, challenging behaviour or complex needs. Many patients come from lower-security or community-based placements where their needs could not be adequately met.

The Role:

· Supporting the Deputy Nurse Manager and Registered Manager with the day-to-day nursing responsibilities.

· Carry out general nursing responsibilities including the overall well-being of the patients and assisting with the formulation and implementation of nursing standards within the unit.

· To carry out on-going assessments to determine individual needs and assist with the formulation of personal care plans.

· Work closely with the patients to promote greater independence and encourage a wide range of activities.

· Ensure high standards of personal health and hygiene.

Candidates must be fully qualified RMN / RNLD and we will consider newly-qualified nurses.

Rate of pay - £12.45ph
