Unit Leader - Newport

Our client is a leading provider of care to adults with mental health needs, cognitive deficits and challenging behaviours and they are looking for a Unit Leader to work in a low-secure hospital with:

An eleven bedded elderly mentally infirm unit (mental illness, dementias, challenging behaviour)
Nine bedded male unit (mental illness with degenerative neurological conditions and/or complex physical health needs)
Ten female beds (Personality Disorder, Offending Behaviour and/or severe and enduring mental illness)
Five female high dependency beds

Candidates must be hard-working and dedicated and have a passion for providing high quality care to vulnerable service users and experience of supervising and managing staff in a Care setting, preferably at a Senior Nurse level or above.

We require an RMN or RNLD qualification.

The salary is up to £35,000depending on experience and there are a number of excellent benefits including a relocation package and welcome bonus.
