Unit Leader - Pontypridd

Our client is a leading provider of care to adults with mental health needs, learning disabilities, cognitive deficits and challenging behaviours and they are looking for a Unit Leader to work in a low-secure hospital catering for adults with mental health needs and personality disorders.

Candidates must be hard-working and dedicated and have a passion for providing high quality care to vulnerable service users and experience of supervising and managing staff in a Care setting, preferably at a Senior Nurse level or above.

We require an RMN qualification.

The salary is £30,000- £35,000depending on experience and there are a number of excellent benefits including a relocation package and welcome bonus.
