Rate: £ 13 - Per Hour

We are currently recruiting for the above position based in Rochdale area for my client a nursing home caring for the elderly.

You will be required to assist the Home Manager in the management of the home in accordance with the policies and procedures, take overall responsibility for the home in the absence of the Home Manager, ensure that high standard of care are delivered to meet the needs of the individual resident, monitor and maintain standards. Lead manage and develop the work of the staff team, set objectives and supervision of staff, carry out appraisals.

You will have a nursing qualification with experience of managing staff in a care home setting, an understanding of person centered care, strong communication skills, IT literate with a flexible attitude to working hours.
